Ireland Fund of Monaco event

Charity weekend reception at the Hermitage in October is open to all.The Ireland Fund of Monaco celebrates its biannual charity week-end this year on October 6th to 9th and those interested are advised to reserve a place soon.

This Monaco-based charity is part of the Ireland Funds, a worldwide organisation which contributes to the development of modern Ireland and is dedicated to furthering education, culture, charitable entities and, above all, peace. This year, HSH Prince Albert II will by presenting the second ‘Princess Grace Humanitarian Award’, a prize given to a person of Irish nationality who has distinguished themselves in humanitarian actions. This prize will be awarded at the Hotel Hermitage during a gala evening on the 7th in the presence of over 250 guests. During the soiree, the President of the Fund, Michael Fitzgerald, will also announce the creation of two initiatives. This reception will be open to all and the cost of a ticket is 300 euro per person. In exchange for a greater contribution, participants will be put up at the Hermitage and invited to many other venues. The celebration’s closing event will be a tour of the world-famous wine cellars of the Hôtel de Paris, followed by yet another sumptuous dinner.
