Culinary project of Alain Ducasse’s Academy
Alain Ducasse will be able to choose Monaco to establish his international gastronomical school, planned for 2007, which should accommodate trainees of the whole world wanting to be formed with French culinary know-how. According to the Ducasse group seventy employments should be generated by this project of an investment of three million euros.
