The Ireland Fund of Monaco celebrates its big bi-annual fundraising weekend this weekend on October 6th to 9th, October. This Monaco-based charity is part of the Ireland Funds, a worldwide organization that contributes to the development of modern Ireland and is dedicated to furthering education, culture, charitable entities and, above all, peace.
This year, HSH Prince Albert II will present the second ‘Princess Grace Humanitarian Award’ to a person of Irish nationality who has distinguished themselves in this field. The prize will be awarded at the Hotel Hermitage during a gala evening on the 7th in the presence of over 250 guests. During the soiree, the President of the Fund, Michael Fitzgerald, will also announce the creation of two initiatives. The reception is open to all at a cost of 300 euros a ticket.
