Traffic in Monaco Ville
In order to make entering Monaco-Ville easier and to improve traffic conditions in place de la Visitation, the Government has decided to adopt the following measures to reduce traffic build-up significantly at certain times of the day 
ublic transport should be used whenever possible : Monaco-Ville is served by two regular bus services. Special buses also run during school periods for pupils. Fares for these special public school buses have been significantly reduced; for the youngest children, a survey has been carried out amongst parents concerning the introduction of a specific shuttle service with appropriate supervision. In order to prevent any obstruction in place de la Visitation by the unlawful stopping of cars, the authorities have instructed the police not to tolerate any parking, however brief. In addition, it will no longer be possible to drive around place de la Visitation during school periods. A trial period during which parking in the Pêcheurs Car Park is free to all parents every afternoon from 3.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. has been implemented. They will be able to park their cars directly on the first level in the area usually reserved for coaches, which is located closest to the building exit.
