Diplomacy: Monaco welcomes ambassadors of Thailand and Ireland
If it is a characteristic which arises already from the reign of Albert II, it is indeed the international role and the place in the world that the Principality takes. Proof of this radiant position, diplomatic life, the reception of the ambassadors of Thailand and Ireland in is an example. By two official statements coming from the Palate, one learned yesterday the accreditation from two new ambassadors. On January 9th, for H.H. M. Thana Duangratana, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand and for H.H. Mrs. Anne Anderson, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Irish Republic. Further to the accreditations of French, Italian, Vatican, Chinese, Helvetica, Bosnia-Herzegovina, U.S. and Thailand ambassadors, Mrs. Anderson becomes the ninth Ambassador accredited to the Principality of Monaco.
