Public Schools : time is to be registered for 2007-2008
The beginning of the year represent an important step for pupils and especially for parents ; indeed, they do not have to miss to registerered their children for the next year. In Monaco the registering period is included between Monday, January 8 to Friday February 23, 2007 included. Nevertheless, the rules to be admitted in a Monegasque public school are the following : - are admitted, children of Monegasque citizenship or of whom one of the parents is Monegasque ;
- children whom parents are domiciated legally in the Principality.
In both cases, parents must be geographically located on the school area where their child has to be registered. The age to be admitted is 3 years old. Otheriwse, the compulsory age to go to school is 6 years old. Various documents are requested (see with the Administrative Department of the concerned school). So, those who did no have time to take care of the school registering, it is time to start in order to respect the deadline.
