Prince Albert II of Monaco, chairman of the Mediterranean Science Commission (CIESM), came to Turkey on last Monday. The 38th Congress of the CIESM, with more than 1,000 scientists from 40 countries discussing the impact of global warming on world seas, has been officially opened by Prince Albert II.
