FIPOL means “International Indemnity Funds for the Damages caused by the hydrocarbones Pollution” ; Three intergovernmental organizations composed it: the Funds of 1971 (regarding the civil liability), the Funds of 1992 (which counts 99 members) and the complementary Funds (which counts 20 members). FIPOL scheduled to organize its meetings in Monaco from March 11 to 14. The latest edition of “The Best of Monaco” for the year 2008 has just been published. Its purpose, since its creation, was to provide people with local information about the Monegasque life. Among its various information, you can find for example, the latest census of the first 400 enterprises acting in Monaco, mentionning the staff figure and practical details to have a better overview of the economical environment. The first chapter of “The Best of Monaco” is dedicated to the Monegasque diplomacy. The second one to the medias of the Principality  - they promote Monaco into a very attractive way. “The Best of Monaco” is into English and French ; the agenda is even translated into Italian. This is really worth reading it !!
